We are delighted to announce that AYO Media has been shortlisted for the North East Business Newcomer of the Year Award. The North East Business Awards is the region’s biggest and most prestigious business competition which highlights and rewards the success of the most outstanding firms every year.
Hundreds of companies came forward to show their strength, ambition and innovation and entered the NEBusiness awards this year; this was a great reflection of the growing North East economy despite every company in the UK still facing huge economic challenges.
The awards – organised by The Journal and the Evening Gazette gives firms of every size and type the chance to show what makes them special in 10 categories such as the Newcomer of the Year Award, Small Business Award, Manufacturing Award and Company of the Year Award.
Since 2001 when the sub-regional heats were launched, over 2,000 companies have entered one of the award categories and having AYO Media on the shortlist (representing just one of three companies in the Newcomer of the Year category) is a true testament to what we have achieved to date and yet we believe we are still at the beginning of our fantastic journey.
Our recent client research showed that we provide a fantastic service and although we received a rating of 8.9 out of 10 we still aimed to improve our offering addressing some key issues by employing a project manager to further enhance our client communication and product delivery.
