The role
As a proactive self-starter, you will be responsible for strategic development and management of specific customer accounts. Managing day-to-day contact with the customer, your role is to establish and strengthen our relationship with them, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service we are able to provide.
You will oversee the delivery of customer projects and represent their needs and requirements within our business, whilst ensuring that all work undertaken is profitable and that it meets the success criteria identified by the customer. This will involve managing client expectations, but also helping them to identify key opportunities where our experience and technology can develop their business. At times there may be a need to assist with risk, issue and change management, which should be resolved through close communications with the client.
